 Admissions for 2017/2018  Academic Year

Applications for children who have brothers and sisters in the school has started since Wednesday, 04th October 2017.
Applications for admission for the 2018/2019 academic year starting September 2018 will open for all year groups from YN and above on Sunday 29th October 2017.
If you wish to apply, parents are requested to collect the applications from the Registrar’s office. The completed application forms along the other required documents must be returned to the school within 5 working days from the day of the collection.

 Admission Details:

As the school is designated a British Community School by the Saudi Ministry of Education, priority for admissions is given to British passport holders. However, the school also welcomes applications from non-British families. Placement in classes is based on a cut-off date of 1st September and allocation to a particular class or year group can only be authorised by the Director and/or Head of School.
It is vital before applying for admission for their children that parents read, understand and are supportive of the school's mission, philosophy and objectives. These statements underpin all that goes on in the school and are a clear indication to parents as to our approach to education.

Tuition Fees:   School fees are set by the Board of Trustees and are an annual fee. For ease and convenience of payment, the annual fee is divided into three and invoiced on a termly basis. Payments are due on or before the first day of term.

Seat Deposits: (YE-Y11)    In order to be able to plan staffing and classes a seat deposit is required to be paid each year.   Payment of the deposit is required to guarantee places in the school for the next academic year, is payable by end of March and is deductible from term one fees.   

Deposit: IB Program - Deductible from first term’s tuition fees of the second year and non-refundable.

Seat Deposit -A non-refundable seat deposit is payable in March each year to secure the place for the following academic year. The seat deposit is deductible from the first term’s tuition fee.

The entry and tuition fees shown above are for the stated academic year only and are subject to revision and re-structuring from time to time.

If your son or daughter joins the school in a subsequent academic year; the prevailing fee structure and levels will be payable.

Music Fees:(For Ten lessons, 30 minutes each)  - SAR 1 700 + VAT

Examination Fees

Please note that there are separate charges for public examination fees, such as those for (I)GCSEs and the IBCertificates/Diploma. The school will include and itemise these additional payments in the invoices for thetuition fees for Term 3 in the relevant year‐groups.
