Admissions for 2017/2018  Academic Year

Applications firstly for children who have brothers and sisters in the school but who do not already attend, will be available from Monday, 10th October 2016 until Monday, 24th October 2016.
Applications for admission for the 2017/2018 academic year starting September 2017 will open for all year groups from YN and above on Monday 30th October 2016.
If you wish to apply, parents are requested to collect the applications from the Registrar’s office. The completed application forms must be returned to the school within 5 working days of collection of the form.

Admission Details:

As the school is designated a British Community School by the Saudi Ministry of Education, priority for admissions is given to British passport holders. However, the school also welcomes applications from non-British families. Placement in classes is based on a cut off date of 1st September and allocation to a particular class or year group can only be authorised by the Director and/or Head of School.
 

It is vital before applying for admission for their children that parents read, understand and are supportive of the school's mission, philosophy and objectives. These statements underpin all that goes on in the school and are a clear indication to parents as to our approach to education.

Tuition Fees:   School fees are set by the Board of Trustees and are an annual fee. For ease and convenience of payment, the annual fee is divided into three and invoiced on a termly basis. Payments are due on or before the first day of term.

Seat Deposits: (YE-Y11)    In order to be able to plan staffing and classes a seat deposit is required to be paid each year.   Payment of the deposit is required to guarantee places in the school for the next academic year, is payable by end of March and is deductible from term one fees.   

Deposit: IB ProgramThe deposit for IB1 is payable on an individual basis in addition to any family deposit paid. This payment is due when an offer of a place on our IB programme is made to students in Y11.

Examination FeesPlease note that there are separate charges for public examination fees, such as those for IGCSEs and IB. The school will include and itemise these additional payments in the invoices for the tuition fees for Term 3 in the relevant year-groups.
